Really nice hotel! Clean and staff are friendly. The restaurant was excellent. The food looked and tasted delicious. The service was exceptional from the front desk to the servers! The restaurant made my experience at the hotel very nice. Learned a bit of Espanol with the muy hermosa servidoras as well :) Definitely recommend!

We stayed here again for the second time and it was nice. Staff is helpful and friendly,, it's very clean and modern. We had breakfast at their restaurant and we loved every bit of everything, the staff is super nice, helpful, and friendly. The food is also delicious, freshly made, and tasty. I'd definitely eat here for breakfast, lunch, and dinner

So i recently stayed at the hotel and it was a really good experience, good customer service and hospitality, the restaurant la miel on the other hand was horrible. We were staying at the hotel and wanted to try the restaurant out, so we went to go eat and ordered our food. They had told us they had an event there of about 30 people and they were servicing them first so we waited. But during that wait no one came to tell us about how long the wait was going to be Or even said sorry about the wait. We were waiting there for almost an hour and still no one acknowledged us or even check up on us. I had to get up and tell them how long was it going to take since its been almost an hour and we were hungry. So after that hour wait we finally got our food and lets just say it was not worth the wait. It was disappointing to say the least. I had ordered the chicken fettuccine and the sauce tasted like it was just dumped from a can and warmed up in the microwave. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and only got 2 little pieces on top of a sad looking piece of lettuce and tomato. Worst food ever don’t waste your money there. They’re way better restaurants around the area to eat.

My family and I stayed at Hotel Real del Río. The customer service was excellent from the initial call to making the reservation until we checked out. The hotel is beautiful and clean and is reasonable in price. We ate at the restaurant, La Miel, it was delicious food and the customer service was superb. We are definitely staying here next time we visit Tijuana.

This is a great place to eat and relax. Prices are great. The variety of the food is exellent.
The staff is exellent. They go behond there job.
The manager is very qualified.
He takes care of the customers and addresses the problem.
My wife and i visit this restaurant twice a week. Very satisfied and would recomend it

The best restaurant in town. clean friendliness fresh food from breakfast to dinner amazing. Customer service is awesome .
