Going to another county for surgery can be super scary and intimating. Those were my first thoughts when considering CER hospital. But upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised! From being driven to the hospital and back to the airport I had absolutely no complaints! All the nurses, doctors, and coordinators did such an awesome job! I had no worries whatsoever. I never once felt unsafe. Always taken care of with such compassion. I highly recommend the CER hospital! A huge thank you to Martha and her assistant Jasmin. They were always answering my many questions and answered in a timely manner. The hospital was beyond clean! Smelled clean as soon as you walked inside. Even though we had a language barrier all the staff made sure to understand what I was saying! I will say I’ve never been treated this well in the US lol. Such compassion and kindness! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had surgery with Dr. Suarez in July 2022 at CER hospital and are so happy with the care received. We were both naturally nervous but from the very beginning starting at arriving at the San Diego airport, our driver Diana was lovely and made us feel so comfortable. The staff here are efficient, professional, and kind. A big shout out to Victor, Christian, Stephany, Greys, Irias, and Fernanda for their wonderful nursing care. Even if there is a language barrier they go out of their way to find a way to communicate efficiently with you. The hospital is beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about the staff and hospital. If your nervous to have surgery in Tijuana, don’t be. I am a nurse in Canada and at no point did I ever have a concern about the care here, their standards s of care are just as good, if not better than the care at home.

Absolutely awful aftercare for my wife post surgery. She has been left writhing in pain and repeatedly ignored by the staff. When I requested to speak with her doctor I was given a disgusting attitude and blown off. Do not trust these people to take care of you, they are great before surgery then act like you don’t exist.

This place is awful! My wife has received the absolute worst care after her surgery, left crying in pain and continuously told just a minute for nobody to show up and help. When I went to the front desk to advocate for my wife I was told “I don’t know who you are” and ignored, I cannot believe a medical facility, even in Mexico, would treat patients and their family this way. This place and their staff are DISGUSTING!!!

Mi Dauther have a horrible speriensedr Anjel Parra make a 360 and tumy t and bubys reduction she want to reduce the bubs to 36 d he reduce to 32 a and one was more smoller. Then he made the arms one is more fat the arms the. Scarf is horrible lik one. Or slme was practise to sow. Now we pay more money to fix the scarf. Im du not recomended this dr .

The coordinator was so quick to help and very understanding. The doctor was so professional and so was the staff. The private rooms were also so clean and beautiful. The main thing is that I'm so pleased with the results of my surgery.

Amazing staff and physicians! Extremely safe and clean environment. The rooms were very quite and private.
