I used to stay at The Real inn before finding this hotel. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and usually everything is excellent, the rooms a newly remodeled, the beds are comfortable, i parking attendant and the kind man that shows me to
My room every time continue to be excellent. The one negative was the receptionist at check in. We were the only ones checking in and she was filing some papers and when I said good afternoon instead of stopping what she was doing, she looked at me and told me to have a seat and she would get to me. After about 5 minutes she then stopped doing her paperwork and rudely said ‘check isn’t until 3pm’. It was 1pm on a Tuesday , the hotel was pretty empty and if that was a stricter policy, why when I book a room does it ask what time we will be arriving? It’s not so
Much what she said that bothered me, it’s how she said it. I still recommend this hotel and I will give it another try in the future.

Found my go to place when ever I travel to TJ. The room we got was a beautiful room just remodeled I was told. The hotel it self looked great. The bathrooms were great. Everything was better than I would hope for the price. To top it off it has a gym in the 6 floor. You have to walk up the last floor. The gym is pretty simple a few cardio machines and weight machine and some dumbbells but it should be enough for a good workout. It has a decent view to. The staff was friendly , funny and helpful. Felt like home away from home. I will be returning.

I found the room to be very clean and well maintained. In fact, all the furnishings look to be new.

Great hotel and Staff!!! I booked the room because I was getting dental surgery across the street that day. The staff let me checking early (200 pesos was worth it) and after my procedure, when I walked in with my friend, the man at the front desk ( so sorry I can't remember his name!!) greeted me and asked how I was doing, how it went and if I needed anything like ice or snack to call him. Room was clean, great RainShower head, newly remodeled, big TV. The only suggestion would be to have maybe 1or 2 channels in English...LOL
But I am definitely booking this hotel every time I come down for my dental appointments. Across the street from to GastroPub 17 and several restaurants within walking distance!!

Positive: the Staff, and the buffet, for the restaurant is really good. the location is not bad , but is difficult to found. Negative: the, Heater don't work , well always return to low temperature, and is very cold, we need to use another blanket, don't have, microwave, no have coffee maker. no towels, small pot clean face. no soap holder in the sink .

Room was clean, modern and efficient. Great bed and pillows! Pedro is amazing. Best concierge ever!

I was very happy with the people that work in the hotel they're generous and always with a smile.
The hotel is clean and the location is great.
