I got a free day pass via their website because I am shopping other gyms and areas of Tijuana. The place is very clean. Equipment is fantastic; very modern. I was able to have a very good workout. Jacuzzi, vapor, sauna, showers with soap and shampoo. They provide bath and sweat towels.

Customer service, though, is non-existent. After I filled out my paperwork, staff disappeared. I always think in terms of sales. Okay, maybe they want me to ask. But if you're in business, then you bring it forth and let the customer decide. They were also not very friendly. For this, I knock it down 2 stars.

This is what will make me think about becoming a member. On a regular day pass? Sure.

Terrible customer service. The swimming instructors have an air of entittlement. Insufficient sitting for waiting parents around the pool area. The one bench is situated right by the adult swimming lane. Parents get wet everytime there is an avid swimmer. When asked to move the bench, they gave me an attitude and told me that this was just like a “public” pool setting. Funny though... they don’t consider it a public pool when its the first of the month and the fees are due. ????????????

Great gym. Treat you great here. Monthly fee is high though. Go online and get a free pass first

It's a very cool GYM but I feel there are not enough dumbbell of each set.

can be better, good staff service, and nice options to excercise but it looks like they are forgetting the customer comfort

The most expensive membership gym in the city, yet the building, service, staff is very poor.
