Probably the best restaurant I have been to during my visit to Mexico. Great interpretation of the Mexican cuisine with modern touches that will make you feel a superb culinary experience. We ordered the seasonal menu, which is composed of: starters + two main dishes (to choose between 3 options) + dessert.
Do not miss the 'Gordita de Chamorro', your would be avoiding the best dish on my opinion.
Great service too.

Great representation of mexican food. A modern and restrained presentation of tipical Chiapas dishes. We absolutely loved the Lechon! The Tacos de Costilla were also really good. Best restaurant in San Cristobal and one of our favorites in México. Don’t miss it!!

One of the best meals we have had in Mexico! Tried the seasonal 'flavours of Chiapas' menu, and it was delicious, from starters through to dessert. Also had excellent, friendly service. Highly recommend going!

One of my favorite restaurants in San Cris. Impeccable service and food was creative and delicious. Was my first time to see mixed blue and yellow tortilla. They provided amuse bouche and also gave us shot of pox/posh for free. The pan de muerto was made to order so it was the best I ever had. We also worked here for a bit; wifi was decent when we went. Pleasant and elegant ambience; definitely must-try place while you’re here

This is one of the nicest restaurants I have eaten at in Mexico. The food quality and presentation rivals the best places you will find in Mexico City or any other major global city. However, keep in mind this really is fine dining. The tasting menu is a wonderful sampling of what Chiapas has to offer (I recommend it), but it will be prepared in a sophisticated way which is different from what you would expect at more local restaurants or at a market. The experience is worth it.

A final note, I ordered their tasting menu with the “aguas regionales”. This was awesome. While they do have other options to pair the food with local beers or wines, I thought the experience of trying so many regional aguas frescas to be amazing. They are delicious and unique. Not the same drinks you find in other parts of Mexico.

If I had to choose one place to dine in San Cris, it would be this one! Every dish is exceptional and the whole experience is the parfect way to travel through Chiapas' cuisine at its best.

We had a very good snack here in the afternoon, the staff was very friendly. We definitely recommend this place!
