I was hesitant to return because the last time I was here with a few friends, we had a debacle over the lack of sauce and sides they provided us for 6 people ordering 6 separate dishes.
I wanted to give it another try, going with less people. When ordering the bibimbop, the sides of kimchi come TINY and are expected to be shared by everyone, regardless of how many people.
Edit: picture shown is tiny amount of kimchi and sides provided, despite the fact we were 3 people whose dish was supposed to come with it
The service is incredibly slow, despite the fact that there was a ton of staff there all standing around hanging out with each other, it was difficult to get their attention and everything took an extremely long time
After waiting a ton of time for our food, mine came out cold, it was clear it had been sitting around
Last time I ate here, the bibimbop came with a miso soup and a desert …. this time without the miso soup that the menu states it comes with, and no desert.
The foods decent, but it’s definitely not worth the trouble we’ve had to go through where we gear up before going knowing we will have to beg for sauce and kimchi
