This is a great place to sit and have a drink and watch the most amazing sunsets. Full bar with great prices. This is the only bar in the Malecon area that plays country music and old rock n roll. It was refreshing to get away from the crown and watch an absolutely beautiful sunset. Great music, cold, drinks, and beautiful beach sunset!!

Awesome Bar. Playing country music, great atmosphere. The service was wonderful and the drinks were cold. Over all tons of fun and amazing views on the belcony.

I love this bar. It's my kind of place. Just walkin' in the front door, puts a big smile on my face
Oh ya, they play Toby Keith by request, along with their regular country tunes.
Prices are great. The staff including Brenda, welcome everyone. The people who go there are easy to like and the place is just friendly in general.

Awesome atmosphere and the top-patio was a perfect place to watch the sunrise and the malecon action. Two thumbs up for the happy hour prices and super friendly service. My family and I had a great time to say the least and will return a couple more times before the end of this trip. I highly recommend to other travellers. ❤ ????????

Seems the manager has no PR or customer service skills.
Perhaps he has no hospitality background.
He never mingled or made anyone feel welcome at our table nor did I see him engage with any of the patrons on a friendly level.
A person in our group requested a song, he said he would play it but never did.....
Keep in mind the bar was less than busy!
Over heard him speaking terrible to one of staff.
But that’s not the worst, I couldn’t believe my eyes when he approached a patron and was physically aggressive when it did not appear necessary, the patron was not asked to leave.
We decided to leave early than planned He noticed we were leaving yet did not acknowledge us.
The boss or owner should reconsider who is managing or over seeing the establishment.
Won’t be back.

Tony’s place remains one of the best places in PV for cold beer, great views of the beach, and relaxing. Make sure you try a flowerpot, my bet is you’ll have more than one and three will put you on your butt.

You’ll usually find return customers from Canada and the US at any given time and Tony is a wealth of local knowledge for restaurants and things to do.

Usually live music on Friday and Saturday nights that rocks the house with well known tunes.

Two decks, elevated above the Malecon and facing the setting sun, make for a great place to hang out.
