My partner and I stayed at this resort for one evening. The room (Signature 103) was comfortable, though had no hot water and the a/c units were not fully operable, noisy, and shook the walls when powered on.
We notified the front desk about not having hot water (around 9pm) and received the response “why didn’t you mention it sooner? The maintenance team has already gone home”. (The front desk person said they would make a note of it for the morning maintenance crew).
Despite this interaction, we enjoyed our evening and checked out the next morning. I wasn’t intending on leaving a review, but…
Today, I received an email informing me that my deposit would not be returned because ‘an iron went missing from the room’. My partner and I did not steal a clothing iron from Pinnacle 180 ????
I’m flummoxed at how disappointing our stay was here, and after this experience of being accused of theft, I cannot recommend staying here, para nada.
