I have been wanting to try this place for years. It lived up to its expectations. No waiter- loved that. You order and then sit down. Fast casual. Everything was made quickly and delivered to your table. All our choices were top notch - two sandwiches and a smoothie. Coming back here again tomorrow.

My #1 cafe in Vallarta. The food is consistently yummy, healthy, filling and reasonably priced. I love the bowls (rice, quinoa and zoodle), smoothies, breakfast wraps/bowl, oatmeal with bananas, blueberries and granola + coffee. The service is excellent, the staff friendly and cheerful. When I leave Vallarta, I miss the water, the vibe, and Salud.

Everything we’ve tried has been delicious. We particularly like the smoothies and breakfast cookies, but everything is so good. The owners and staff also provide excellent hospitality. Salud is one of our favorite food places in Puerto Vallarta.

Was dying to try this place and luckily they opened for season right before my trip ended. Had a green juice and the Bangkok Zoodles - both super tasty! Definitely try Salud if you’re look for a fresh, healthy meal!!

Super friendly and excellent service here. Just discovered they have vegan options and greatly appreciate i guess ill be dropping by here my entire visit. The hours here are 9am -5pm tho so be aware of that.
