Hotel Andales on the Bay Suites

The apartment is located in a great area near the beaches, restaurants and bar scene. It is not a large hotel so the pool was never busy which helped for a relaxing atmosphere. Norma and Sandy took special care when cleaning the place which always was left immaculate. I must also thank Faby and Claudia for making the check in/out process smooth and helped with anything that I needed. The complete staff made this stay even more special.

Listen to me when I tell you, this is where you want to stay, eat and drink. PV has been my second home for 5 years and this is the single best restaurant/hotel I've ever stayed in. The food is absolutely amazing and NOT at tourist prices.

You're a block from the beach for pennies on the dollar compared to other places. $5 massive margaritas that are 2-3x cheaper than my other favorite bars and restaurants. An absolute can't-miss when in PV.

An entire floor for our entire party with the best roof access and best views around. This place is awesome. :)

Absolutely lovely! Friendly staff, beautiful accommodations, excellent location. Our family rented both penthouses in January and couldn't have had a better time. The ONLY thing that might have made our stay better is if the pool could've been a bit warmer.

This was my second time staying at Andales on the Bay. I love it. There are some amenities that could be improved (like, more basics for the kitchen for those who want to cook big meals), but it's not a big deal. The hosts are happy to provide for you, and the house keepers are so nice and helpful.The pool and upper patio is a wonderful way to relax and take in the views. It's safe, clean, and I'd recommend it.

VACATION RUINED. We have stayed at this property for four years. This year we rented PH 8 for three weeks. Usually we have enjoyed our stay. Suddenly, yesterday, we were told by Christian Sanchez the manager, that they needed to rewire the electrical. We had been experiencing some problems, during the week, but were willing to work with them. No, they said, you have to be out with all your stuff. First they sent us to a filthy place called Casa Andales. Then they sent us to the Holiday Inn out by the airport. Today we went back to find a Canadian family in the unit -- no electrical problems at all. Christian Sanchez and his boss Gary lied to us for two straight days. Our suspicion is that Gary orchestrated the whole thing to double-dip the room fare. We now have to fly home a week early, as it is one of the busiest weeks of the year -- no comparable units available. Bottom Line: Christian, Gary and the front desk staff are liars and con artists. AVOID THIS AND ALL ANDALES PROPERTIES AT ALL COSTS!
