Good location. Very creepy about not allowing you to have guests to your room. So if my taxi driver was helping me carry all my stuff, they would get very upset. Instead of simply helping with the bags they cause a big scene.

No soap, deposit on towels (which had stains on it), toilet bowl ring, hole in the water pitcher. This hotel is fine is you are on a super tight budget and the rooftop is nice, but I would spend a little more and getting something better.

The staff at the front desk, Temo, Roman and Norma are all very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Terrific people. Excellent location for those that like to be amongst the locals and food vendors galore to experience the true Mexico culture.

Rooms are simple with no a/c (fans), but clean and quiet. It's right in the middle of the action so you can catch a bus anywhere from there in the beach is only for short blocks away. It's surrounded by restaurants, cafes and clubs. unless you need to stay at a Sheraton or Marriott this is the place you'd like to be.

Perfection for simple and economic stay in Vallarta..rooms are clean , your own bathroom fan cable tv and wifi .the beach is at 6 small city blocks or 10mib walk .. stop at Oxxo buy a styrofoam cooler bring your own refreshment to the beach and enjoy a cheap vacation , tons of restaurants nearby to fit all budgets .the hotel has NO pool..

Very clean place we stay,hear when we drive down,stopping here for a couple dars. The onley SEHAWKS bar in town with the best bartender Arturo. Tell him hi from Doug and Cathy.
