Had a fantastic experience at Carlos and Barbara’s crepería. The food was delicious and fresh-made with excellent quality ingredients. Carlos set a perfect table and took great care helping us order and explaining his dishes. You can feel his passion for his craft.
While we were finishing up, a cart from a local ranch came around selling fresh produce, and the Creperie House owners bought berries for the restaurant. They explained to us that their produce and cheeses (if not more) are all locally sourced.
We enjoyed the poblano crepe (poblano peppers, onions, corn, and manchego), the mushroom and spinach crepe (fresh spinach, mushrooms, and manchego), and a chocolate crepe (with Nutella, bananas, and candies walnuts), and espressos ????????
