Everything was superbly delicious. I had the Lomo saltado and the beef was so tender and tasted heavenly. My wife had the ceviche chabuqa and she was totally satisfied with how delicious it was. I look forward to come back soon. Service was outstanding.

Moy was amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were to die for! I will come here every visit to PVR for another Pisco Sour!

Great food (pretty big portion!). You should use their house salsa - definitely elevate the food. Drinks are ok. Price is rather high by PV standard.

I had an extended stay in Mexico and had an opportunity to enjoy three of the dishes on the menu of this wonderful restaurant.
The anticucho is not on the regular menu but if it appears as a special of the day, you must try it. The seasoning is perfect and it really took me back to Peru.
When I read the menu I really just skipped over the stuffed potato but then the server suggested it one evening and I fell in love. The potato was perfectly cooked and the stuffing could not have been more flavourful. A gorgeous combination of flavours with a stellar savoury broth and very tender meat.
My third meal was the Chabuqa ceviche. It was fresh, bright, tart and paired perfectly with sweet potato to balance the dish.
The servers and owners were fun, friendly, and gracious.
I look forward to my next visit to Vallarta to sample the rest of the menu at Chabuqa.

My friend and I had an amazing experience here. I got to share this delicious cuisine with him, and enjoy the best Peruvian food I've had outside of Peru itself. If you are in Puerto Vallarta, do yourself a favor and contact the owners to ask about getting the causa rellena and the anticuchos. The lomo saltado is also excellent!

Great service at this small restaurant. However, four drinks cost us 880 pesos ($44 USD). In other words each mixed drink cost $11 USD. That is unacceptable. I do not remember if this cost was disclosed on the menu. Will not return.

AMAZING! if you’re looking for a new place to dine in an authentic Peruvian cuisine, you have found the place. I tried 4 dishes and two Peruvian drinks and they did not disappoint. The place is incredibly clean with an ambiance that quiet and tranquil. Close to the malecón and zona romántica. Bathrooms are very clean and and outside patio for smoking. Peru would be proud!
