Superb!!
Lovely atmosphere, great service, delicious food. Mexican cuisine with international dishes too. Not cheap, but not overly expensive. Good value, imho. Loved my stuffed chicken breast. Vegetarian tower and enchiladas also good. Yummy tortilla soup. The table side Caesar salad, banana flambé or special coffees provide some entertainment. Talented live music on busy nights. Make a reservation.
It is on a rooftop with part open air so good for a Covid time restaurant. We’ll be back!!!

Beautiful restaurant. OMG the food was good. Wonderful ambiance and great service. They have fabulous music on Friday night. Even the owner Jose sings and he is excellent. Stellar guitarist too. Can’t be beat for a wonderful night in Puerto Vallarta.

The food was amazing, drinks were interesting and well made, and the live entertainment (flamenco guitarists) was really good! José and his staff made us feel very welcomed and took good care of us. We would absolutely go back for another night of food and fun!

The most amazing recommendation from New friends met at where were staying!

The location is unassuming, however once you get to the top of the stairs you are welcomed in a wicked space of textures and character.

The staff are attentive yet not at all intrusive.

The tortilla soup was heaven; the margaritas were flavourful and the strength of a true Mexican marg; the stuffed pablano pepper dish was to die for; then the flaming banana dessert topped the experience.

If ever in PVR, it is a MUST - you will regret it!

Great family restaurant. Food and service is always amazing. They had my son help make the guacamole which was entertaining. Live music and fun atmosphere! Try the banana flambe.

Must-dine when in PVR !! We enjoyed live music, cocktails, soup, appetizers, mains, and desert flambé. All of it exceptional. Really can't say enough good things about this dining experience. Thanks to everyone at OK José!
