Place is beautifully and the service exceptional. The lobby was wonderful when we arrived late at night. There's a kid Benjamin that is just outstanding.

Worst experience ever. No hot showers available, despite being this the first question we asked to stay there. Bathrooms were dirty. they promote themselves as boutique or colonial, it’s just a plain excuse to say they are an old an outdated hotel. Much better options around the city. Don’t fall for this trap

Loved the old world french vibe! Had the BEST room ever with high ceilings, original wooden floors with beautiful inlay designs and period furniture that makes you feel like royalty! 2 balconies overlooking the street. It was so wonderful that I stayed an additional night. Easy walk to the main cathedral. Room includes a city tour! Can't wait to return for a longer visit! Thanks for having me!!

Beautiful boutique hotel! Great staff and great bar with underground wine cellar. Gorgeous courtyard to which leads to all the rooms. Family and king suites were tastefully decorated and environment is very welcoming!

This is a great boutique Hotel which was just opened a few ago. The hotel was recently remodeled and the rooms are very nice. We arrived late on our first night in Puebla but they kept the restaurant open for us. Thank you Daniel for wonderful conversation while we enjoyed the meal. We ate breakfast each morning and several dinners, the wait staff are very well prepared and provided consistently the best service we experienced in Puebla. Whike we were there they opened the hotels new bar with live music. When they finish the rooftop terrace the evenings will be even more fun

Little hotel boutique in the heart of Puebla, a short walk away from Zócalo. I believe this place used to be a fray convent, room carries their names. Our room was in the back, very quite, although it didn't have windows. There was a lite patio in the back. Staff was fantastic. Everyone was super nice with us and the kids. Breakfast was included in the price of our room. We enjoyed our time there.
