Very stylish and modern rooms. Lighting is great, has a soft subtle dark orange light that set the mood very nicely drift off to sleep with. The towels were very rough though, not a deal breaker but if you like soft towels, check before you use.

Not good. The hotel smelled like raw sewage upon entering and they rejected our Booking.com reservation, which I had clearly completed. Go to Puebla de Antano instead for clean, spacious rooms with fresh air, comfortable beds, and great shower pressure. Not to mention, it is only a half block from the Historic Center.

Nice decor, great location. A/C did not work, pillows/bed uncomfortable. I definitely will look elsewhere before I book this hotel again. Not a complete deal breaker but won’t be my go too.

It's ok if you don't plan to sleep... the noise isolation of the rooms is very poor. You can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors and if they decide to watch TV until late at night or early in the morning you are in for the show.
The parking they offer is in a remote location so a valet will take your car and bring it when you need it. What happens with the vehicle in the meantime is up to the gods...
We booked through booking.com and this means our breakfast was second rate: fruit, toast, coffee or tea. We discarded the included breakfast and went elsewhere.
Our room had only 2 electricity outlets!! One in the bathroom, and one on the left side of the bed.... nowhere to plug the laptop if you need to work.
Otherwise ok. Location is excellent, clean, well equipped, friendly staff. Comfy bed. Good deal for the money if you don't mind lousy breakfast and bring earplugs.

Really disappointed with our stay here.
Good location in the historical party of Puebla within close walking distance to all attractions and many good restaurants.
Hotel staff were very friendly.
We were disappointed that hotel basics are not available; no water for the room. The complementary bathroom accessories were limited to a tiny bottle of something, no label to describe the product, we assumed shampoo.
The included breakfast was terrible, consisting only of fruit and Melba toast (see picture). Extras were available for order but weren't that great either.
All in all a disappointing stay, we've had better stays at hotels with less stars.

The rooms are beautiful for the price. Bathroom has a rain shower head but the pressure is middling. Large flat screen with netflix was fantastic. Nice rooftop bar. The night I was there, I left the room for dinner. I grabbed the key out of the power slot, but it didnt work so I assumed it was there permanently and the guy from the front desk didnt leave the key. When I returned from dinner, I told the woman at the front desk, "no tengo llave." I dont have the key. She replied with "no habla ingles"; well clearly i was speaking spanish, not english. i know what I said. It turned into a big ordeal because she was so unhelpful; the general manager had to come down. I havent emailed the owner yet but its on my list to do. The two guys who work the front desk during the day are exceptional, very nice and excellent, so its regrettable she works there. She single handedly degrades the service levels.

Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly and kind but some times you can feel that they are over you for the tip. Interiors are simple and clean. Not a luxury place but good enough for business and staying safe and sleeping well.
