Very disappointing experience. We walked in and paid, walked up to the room that was so hot and humid, no window and went back down and they refused to refund us. They said they couldn’t refund our credit card- it was two minutes after payment. We asked for a manager, none available and came back the next day- manager not there. So disappointing.

Nice but room is kind of hot. Very clean an a nice staff.

Positive: The location was great. Room was clean and the hotel staff was friendly.. Negative: No window, ventilation, AC or a proper fan. The airflow was suffocating. That is why they keep the doors of every room open..

Good location and terrace, but 1. Towels, blankets and sheets are old 2. The checkout by 4pm rule is annoying and they didnt have the room ready 3. Wifi is bad

AVOID THIS HOTEL! Horrible! I made a reservation with them months in advance. The night before, I get an email saying that if I don't check in by 5:00, the reservation would be cancelled. What hotel only keeps reservations til 5:00? I emailed back and said that I would arrive at 8:00, and to please honor the reservation. Guess what happened? I arrived at 8:00 and they gave away my room. The staff were rude, discourteous and did not do anything to help. No apology. No assistance finding another hotel. Just terrible. I went back several days later to speak with the manager, and she was worse. Zero customer service skills, and no care for her job or the hotel. Stay anywhere else. This place is terrible.

Good location and rooms. Service is ok.

The internet is terrible, quite simply unacceptable. If you are in a business trip, do yourself a favor and avoid the place unless you are used to 1990’s internet, only more unstable
