A very nice hotel, with a warm service (except maybe the lady at the breakfast).

Rooms are nice, super clean!

Also the pool is a plus, and the gym is super nice!

And of course, it’s downtown so perfect to visit the city of Puebla

The hotel is old and without enough maintenance. The cleaning service is deficient and take no care on changing linens, towels and washing the glasses in the room. The tv channels look bad, with static and zoomed images. There are better options by the price.

Good location. Good breakfast. Strange showers hot and cold water didn't work the best. But overall the price and location can't go wrong

I would not recommend this hotel at all!! There was a total of 47 of us in a Pilgrimage Tour and the hotel staff was completely rude!! Especially down when we had our breakfast buffet when we asked one of the waitresses for a cup of tea and she completely rolled her eyes as though it was a bother!! She didn’t say a word, not even thank you, excuse me. She was dressed in a dark color uniform and her hair pulled up! I mentioned this to our tour guide and she agreed that everyone of us complained and we are pulling out of this hotel chain for any future use!!! You want business, but you can’t perform professionally

Don't love the strong scent when entering the hotel, everything is pretty nice and modern, only the bathrooms could do some refurbishing.

Check in process was not good: the clerk in charge told me to wait for 2 hours and was asked to return later (the next day I saw people registering at the same hour I arrived the day before). When I returned to the hotel I had to wait for half an hour because the room was not ready. Anyway, there were few amenities and the A/C did not work properly. The room only had a small window.
1st night. Without A/C, the temperature was nearly 80ºF so I slept with the window half opened. It seems that the room was over the kitchens because when I woke up the room smelled of fried onions.
I reported the broken A/C and by noon it all worked perfectly. The staff was very efficient and left some nice details in the room.
From the 2nd night until the check out process it all went well.
