Perfectly located a few steps from anywhere else in Puebla. We loved its beautiful rooms and gorgeous garden. We felt so welcome and looked after by Pilar who in addition to being extremely nice and helpful, gave us the best tips!

After arriving at a hostel in Puebla that we had booked, to find out that the room we had reserved was being renovated we were bought to Hotel El Descanso and had a fantastic 2 night stay. Victor who checked us in was super friendly and let us choose the room we would like to stay in. Our room was very comfortable, cosy, TV with Netflix and a hot shower! It’s a really beautiful hotel too and brand new! If you are heading to Puebla I would recommend to stay here.
