Dan and his crew took such great care of us all and the customer service was impeccable. Our drinks were always full... the crew even swam drinks out to us in the water with a floating cooler!! The catamaran met all expectations and accommodated our group of 25 very comfortably. They took us to Isla for a bit for lunch and buffet at the restaurant blew our expectations out of the water! Their bathrooms on the island were very clean as well! I highly recommend using this company for any boating needs. Our best day in Mexico was on this boat day with VIP!

My husband and I toured Chichen Itza through VIP Riviera Maya while on our honeymoon in November, 2021. It was perfect. First off, the owner, Dan, was very responsive and helpful getting everything setup. He was there for any questions we had. Our driver, Jesus, and tour guide, Gilberto, were so knowledgable, nice, and fun. Gilberto is Mayan, so he was the perfect person to tell us all about Chichen Itza. We loved everything we saw and learned. The tour stopped at an authentic Mexican restaurant on the way back, with delicious food and employees who danced with beers on their heads. It was a great end to the trip. Thank you, VIP Riviera Maya!

Highly recommend booking trips through this company whilst staying in Riviera Maya. I booked Chichen Itza and 2 cenotes tour. Booking was very easy, all done through WhatsApp and paid my deposit via PayPal whilst still in the UK. Final balance was paid in USD on pick up. The tour itself, whilst an early start was a very relaxed day as it was a private tour. We were too early for breakfast at our hotel, however our guide asked us if we would like to stop at a convenience store for snacks. It allowed us to dictate how long we stayed at each site. The authentic Mayan lunch was just what we were looking for and was in a small quiet restaurant not invaded by coach loads of people. Vincent our guide was very knowledgeable and our driver Caeser was very chatty and friendly. Between them they couldn't do enough for us. Bottles of water were supplied throughout the day.

We have been using VIP Riviera Maya for airport transfers for three consecutive years now. They never disappoint. The prices are reasonable, and nothing beats a private transfer that takes you directly to your destined resort from the airport skipping any additional stops you’d have to endure if you were on a group transfer. The vehicle fleet is nice, and presents a fun selection of different levels of luxury, while well balanced with economic choices too. This time our group chose to travel in style, and start our trip with the most luxurious offer available. We had a suburban limo pick us up at the airport, and boy oh boy, that set the mood for the rest of the trip! The limo was nice, spacious, well kept, and included a bottle of champagne. The price was reasonable, and completely beat any kind of limo rental in the States. The pickup was flawless. We landed early, and were business class, so we zoomed through security, customs and all, so in theory we were early for the pick up, and yet, we did not have to wait long (maybe 15 minutes tops) for the pick up. All through that time I was in direct contact with the owner of VIP Riviera Maya who handled all the details for me and quickly found out for me when the limo was going to be ready. The ride was smooth, and the driver was very polite and professional. All in all, Riviera Maya never disappoints, and always delivers the highest of customer care and satisfaction standard.

The trip was awesome! They picked us up at our hotel, drove us to the boat, gave us breakfast and lunch. The guide Louis was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw a few whale sharks, they are beautiful creatures! Got to swim next to some of them! Also, I liked how the guide was very environmentally friendly/conscious. We don’t want to pollute the water the whale sharks swim in. The whale sharks were amazing to see, highly recommend going and I would 10/10 go a second time!
