A no nonsense character bar for middle aged or retirement folks that call Playa home or are here for long periods of time.. good live music and bartenders have fun and sometimes drink on the job but it’s part of the bar’s character which I’m ok with as long as they walk , cab or get a ride home. Because of it the bill can be cheaper or more expensive ???? keep an eye but definitely check the place out!!

Our favorite Thursday night hangout. Great atmosphere; Half price drinks for ladies and our friend Brent plays the Blues. Tried the Dirty Martini and almost fell off my barstool. Fun to hang out on the veranda with our chums and get a but tipsy. The evening temps are perfect and the gangs all here.

Great drinks, the classic dry martini was good. The 2 for 1 is great but look out if you order different drinks.. then you get 4, two of each haha :) it can get messy ????

Served good Martini's, which we liked. Approachable, come as you are vibe. Live music. Close to where we stayed. Would have liked the bartenders to be less shy and have acknowledged us sooner. But if you hang around a bit, you feel more welcomed.

IF YOU ARE A TOURIST, DO NOT VISIT THIS BAR!!! (LOCALS ONLY) We walked by and thought it might be fun (Saturday night June 10th). My wife loves Martini's and she is a great singer, and they happen to be doing karaoke. Great fit right??? Upon entering, trying to order, and her signing up for her turn at karaoke. She was passed over by the local singers and the owner that takes his turn whenever he wants. When we questioned when her turn would be, we were told by the karaoke M/C that it was her mic and she picked who she wanted to sing. I was then told by a couple of others (locals and tourists) that it was local a bar and that's the way it is. It is difficult to get a drink as the bar is small and the owner sits at the bar with his friends (locals). We read some good reviews about this place on Tuesday's and Thursday's, so maybe we went on the wrong day. The weekends are for locals only.
We took our tourists money elsewhere. Good luck getting a drink if your a tourist.

Best martini in town in my book! Lovely staff. Decor very vintage. Downside is people smoking in your face as the terrace is small but that’s true of every bar :(
