We had a smell of mustiness in our room and it didn’t feel clean. We could work it out if the hotel stuff would be willing to. I have been to many places and it was by far one of the most frustrating communication I had with a service person. It was that bed that finally we paid and went to sleep at other place in the middle of the night. Bottom line I had a bed experience and I don’t recommend the place I do have to say that for good or bed it is very central but I think there are much nicer places in the same price and also in the center

I wish we would have read the reviews before we stayed here, please please please do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE! Once the parties stopped and the bass concluded at about 2 am, we had a good 2 hours of quiet before they started hammering the walls. When we complained the very rude man that runs the night shift not only refused to refund even part of our stay, but also refused to give us our money for our next next night stay when we clearly weren't going to stay after the first night. What good is a hotel if you can't sleep at all? The employee wasn't even apologetic, he was argumentative and completely unwilling to assist us. Worst customer service at a hotel I've ever experienced!

It was the worst stay I have ever had. Don't go to this hotel even if price seems attractive! The lady at the reception seems racist and hates white people. She didn't speak English at all but it didn't stop her from being very rude and bullying us. She was only waiting for us to tell us off for something. She was like gestapo, always staring at us and ready to bother us, but never ready to help, offer support, not even do her work. She always insisted on speaking Spanish to us, despite knowing we didn't understand. When asked for toilet paper (which is limited to 1 roll a day per room, but we got only 3 rolls during one week stay!!!) she would never bring it. I had to go to reception and ask for toilet paper or for cleaning. The room was cleaned only once during a week stay and towels never changed. We didn't get any sheets, only a poliester cover on the bed, which was probably never washed and unpleasant to sleep under. The standard is low, and we agreed to it for this price, but we did not expect to be THAT low. The lowest I have ever experienced. Next to the hotel there are 4 very loud clubs playing music until 2am,not even earplugs helped. One week without sleep. The swimmingpool is dirty (white unclear water) and occupied by divers, no chance to swim during the day. The cleaning staff is underaged, not sure it's legal. It all depends on the staff and the lady at the reception is a horrible person who shouldn't work with people.

Worst experience ever! Pounding bass until 2 am, then pounding hammers at 6 am. If your goal for a night here is to get more than 2 hours of sleep, find another place! And, if you are unhappy and want a refund for the following night stay because you don't want to go 2 nights without sleep, don't ever expect a dollar back from them!!!! Just expect incredibly rude reactions from their staff when you have any issues!

Please stay away from this place. Three extremely loud night clubs within 100m - the noise couldn't be stopped by any earplugs. Rooms were cleaned only once during 6 days and toilet paper provided only after multiple requests. The staff is the worst I have ever experienced - rude and negligent. The only beautiful things there were the outdoor plants.

Yes, just was horrible experience , it's emergency night staying there, paid 75 USD mention it in booking.com with private bathroom but it wasn't, explain to a lady manager in the next morning ( well I believe you know when you have the experience) , so so super rude. I told her she don't need to speak bad, because I don't... hmm but she don't care, its a Pitty for the owner if still keep her as a manager.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Incredibly rude staff, you are only given 1 roll of tp, 1 towel, 1 very thin scratchy sheet on the bed, and a lot of bugs because the windows don't shut completely, which makes all the outside noises inside noises too! Speaking of noise, there will be lots of that until about 2 am, you'll get to sleep for a couple hours before the 6 am noises start. If you do book, book one night, because if you aren't happy and want to go elsewhere, they don't refund no matter what. That's right, even if you don't stay because of something that is entirely their fault, they won't refund 1 peso. Trust me, book anywhere else!!!!!!
