First off: Alex is amazing.
She is the reason I would want to give 10/5 stars. Very friendly, but also very professional and customer-oriented! You could completely rely on her, and she made sure every little thing is safe. Even under water she helped me with little "problems", like water in the mask.
The dive itself was amazing, and the passion was delivered onto me (it was my first time) :)

The rest of the staff was borderline unfriendly. The girl at the reception started talking rapid french to my girlfriend (she speaks french, me not), despite asking for english. Not a big deal.
Then, Hugo came around and said we couldn't dive at 12 (like previously agreed upon) and immediately blamed my gf. In this moment, I almost canceled, didn't want to wait 4hrs. There was no reason to react defensive/arrogant. Despite that, he found a solution immediately and everything was fine. Still not a big deal, but weird vibe.
The last situation was when we needed help after coming back rinsing the equipment. The receptionist was completely ignoring us, talking to others in french. At this point it was funny, haha.
I basically wrote this as a feedback to not ruin the otherwise GREAT experience. I felt its 95% there, just the simple, basic customer service part is lacking a bit.
