One of the best Starbucks in Playa del Carmen. The staff is very friendly and always aim to please. Service is speedy and drinks made with care. It’s located right Downtown on 5th Avenida so close to everything.

Disappointing. I ordered iced coffee. Watching the staff make it, they dumped half a cup of water in the cup with the coffee. It tasted like water with a hint of coffee. The way it usually tastes at the end of drinking it, after the ice has melted. I would have given a lower score but the staff was welcoming and friendly and the building was clean. I’m sure if you order hot drinks they won’t try and get away with dumping copious amounts of water into the cup.

Little to no English when signs are clearly in English. Tot day is my bday tried to claim my drink she scanned it didn’t accept it, she couldn’t understand me, said forget it paid for my drinks and cookies gave her 300 pesos and she tried to keep 50 and not give me any change!!! After removing my free drink!!! Rude and disrespectful for sure! Not good for tourist area

Supposed to open at 6 it's 6:35 and it's not open. I asked the lady inside what time they're going to open and they just ignore me as if I was going to ask her for money or something

I don’t eat meat anymore but my friends enjoyed the rib eye and my octopus was ok. The restaurant is really nice but the service was kinda slow.
