Very budget hotel fits what I paid... What does have going is bar with 20 p cent discount and live music. And main location.. Now room changed as promised all lovely thank you to the receptionist who acted as swiftly as possible.. my room is now beautiful... am in pool area like kenyan jungle lodge..after a delicious breakfast choice served by best waiter in town.. I m really impressed with welcome from bar restaurant adjoining hotel and choice of breakfast from pancakes to healthy yogurt to eggs made anyway or even tacos.. brilliant add on .thanks to all ..One extra they re doing works at hotel today nothing yet but noise all day yesterday... this should be told before you reserve..Also luckily there is a pool as no fault of hotel but whole beach area has horrible mountains of algae yet to see a machine clearing it .. so be warned ..

Yes small and outdated but the breakfast is delicious and you are literally on the strip when you walk out the gate. Not to mention the bar/restaurant on premises. And it is gated with a key fob to open the gate. Not to mention 5 minutes from the beach. If you need a 5 star hotel, this isn't for you. If you are here to enjoy the weather/beach/ sights and sounds then this is for you. This street is walking only so when you get out of your taxi it's a two minute walk.

AMAZING HOTEL for the price!! Their restaurant-bar is fantastic, definitely recommend staying here.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of 5th avenue in Playa. You will be safe at all times and can go out whenever you want. There are plenty of convenience stores close by and Walmart and Mega are about 5 minutes away by foot. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are so nice. Rooms are nice (king room for us) and there is a refreshing pool on-site. An excellent experience overall :)

I'm good. I had a balcony over watching 5th avenue. Clubs around me keep the music going till about 2:00 in the morning

The location it is great , its in the 5th avenue here in playa del carmen and it is close to all the restaurants and bars. The hotel its clean and comfortable for the price but not too fancy but the price was really great. There is a bar right next to it so if you cannot sleep with too much noise it can be a problem for some people. Another great thing is that it includes a breakfast which was very good. Ill recommend this place if you are in a budget.

I had a rocking good time at the Siesta Fiesta Hotel! A live band playing some of the all time best rock music along with drinks (which were at a discount to their guest) make for a fun time. The breakfasts was really filling and the staff there were nice.
