Alessandro is a marvelous host--I cannot say enough nice things about how friendly and available he was to make our stay smooth and easy! He was able to accommodate our last-minute booking even though this is a private house (no 24-hour reception desk) and again when we liked it so well that we decided to add a 3rd night to our stay! Guests must coordinate with him ahead of time to gain entry into the gated community, but this enables them to stay in one of the safest and most exclusive areas of Playa del Carmen! We had the CLEAN and QUIET house to ourselves the first 2 nights, which boasts access to a manicured common garden area with a luxurious pool that we enjoyed several times and felt like we had all to ourselves for most of our stay. I do recommend booking the slightly more expensive "Double Room with Two Double Beds" or "King Room with Spa Bath" options if you want an attached bathroom rather than one in the hallway, although those options are up a flight of stairs on the 2nd floor.

Looking for somewhere amazing to stay in Playa del Carmen but can't decide where? This might help:

If you want somewhere which feels like accommodation you'd pay $200 per night for; with loads of space, comfortable beds, great showers, kept spotlessly clean by two friendly managers who are always available if you need them, which has a kitchen containing everything you could ask for should you decide to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner yourself, a comfy lounge with Netflix, a huge landscaped garden and big shared pool (which is almost always empty), its own bbq, in a very safe and exclusive part of Playa (with its own private beach, world class golf course and incredible Mayan ruins you can actually walk around for free), 5 minutes walk from the main part of Playa, yet still very quiet at night, right next to 2 of the best restaurants (Larau0026Luca and TX Gastro), where you can easily get a taxi from your doorstep... this is where you need to stay.

My girlfriend and I have stayed in many different places around Playa and this is BY FAR our favourite. So much so, we booked for 4 nights and ended up staying 2 months.

Save yourself time and stress and book a room in this villa before someone else does and you're stuck paying more money for somewhere lower quality while they're here enjoying the good life.

Verry nice Bu0026B. Quiet place. In 2 minutes at the famous 5th Avenue.
Big room, big bed, clean and the breakfast is prepared just for you. Pool outside. Verry nice owners, flexible and helpful.

Close to the centre (3 minute walk) but far enough away to escape the busy night time scene, very friendly staff/owners, and a great pool and area for lounging around
