Great place!!!! Really great value for money.
Free breakfast with cappuccino, usually some eggs, toast, fruit and corn flakes u0026 milk. Very large rooms with high ceiling. Very chill garden connected to the breakfast area. Locked, private parking area.
Service was great. We had an issue with the shower head, and they replaced the shower head the same day. Shower was very nice.
Bicycles are free to use!
Location is about 10 minutes walking to the beach - or 3 minutes cycling.
Wifi was working everywhere and super fast.

The architecture and design are elegant and well thought out.

Basically a hotel that is doing everything right for a very reasonable price.

For the price this is a 5 star. But the finishes are old, the updated chairs and furniture are not so comfortable for me. For the positive, short walk to the beach, nice view. Super nice staff, even if Spanish illiterate like me, the have bike to borrow. The breakfast is good. The walk to the down town area is about 15-20 minutes depending on your speed. For me this was great, close enough to go and enjoy the area, but far enough away that I don't have to hear the club music thumping. Which I went down one night and was so glad to be staying at the distance I was. It was like a rock concert, crazy loud music. So the distance from that is wonderful. If I go back I will stay here again.

Very nice place to stay, little bit out of the busy area, which we loved! 30 min walk only when you want to go there but with some cute and good restaurants at 5-10 min walking distance as well! And some beautiful beaches playa 88 and Punta Esmeralda are close by as well! Breakfast and service were great as well! Very pleasant stay :)

Stayed here for 3 days. Big spacious rooms! Superb Breakfast! A bit of a walk to reach the buzzing Quinta area. 3 minutes walk to Playa 88 which is a lovely and peaceful beach! Guest Coordinator named Anjie is very helpful and full of beans! She spread a lot of good vibes!!!

Great boutique hotel. Close to the beach with beautiful views that cost 5x at other hotels. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Is a little further away from central PDC but they provide bikes to make it easy to get around.

This is definitely a place i would recommend. It is located in a safe and quiet local neighborhood just outside all the hustle and bustle of the 5th. The rooms are spacious clean and new. Roof terrance with great view, gym equipment and space to relaxe. Rooms with large balconies with a fantastic view over a green belt and the sea in its power. You can hear the calming waves of the sea from your bed with the balcony doors open. I came back to this hotel three times during my stay in playa. The most beautiful beach of playa (Punta Esmeralda) is 10 minutes by bike, which can be used for free from the hotel. There are plenty of cheap local eateries nearby. The breakfast is amazing and there is a fantastic team on hand to help you with whatever you need. A special thanks to Victor, Carla and Patriacia! It felt like home.

Amazing place to stay.
Nice and quiet.
Very clean rooms
Good breakfast
Very friendly staff
And not far to the beach.
We would come back
