Just had literally my greatest Starbucks experience ever and I’ve been to like a thousand Starbucks. Arturo is amazing! I went yesterday and ordered two coffees. I went back today and Arturo called me by name, said that he thought that I ordered three coffees the day before so he fixed that up on the bill today, and then he remembered my coffee order. I was totally blown away. The whole staff here is great. Love this place!

Worst starbucks there is. They screw up all orders. Wrong coffee, wrong size forget to add matcha. We ordered here multiple times in real life and online and 5 out of 6 times something was wrong!

Wanted to thank Cruz, he was so nice with my husband and I, we were at this Centro Maya location nearly everyday. The entire staff was really welcoming and always remembered my dietary restrictions even when I would forget it in the order! ????????❤

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever been to… there where 8 people working and no one in line and it still took 20 minutes to order and to get an iced latte ???????? - don’t stop here if your in a hurry.

These guys work hard and paint on a smiling face for the zillions of Americans and Canadians who pour through here. Are they the best at making the drinks? Maybe not but they're good enough. And sometimes their Wi-Fi doesn't work. But quite often I see Karen's coming through and being a Karen so I have some sympathy for them here. Don't forget to tip!

If one asks for regular milk on the frappuccino it is 10. Pesos less.
