Was very pleased with the purchase. The couch is exactly what we were looking for. They custom made it to the size we asked and was delivered quickly. They are also making furniture locally which is a big plus.

Amazing to service.We live in Canada Berta took time to email me all the items in the store. Delivered on a Saturday even though it was not scheduled. Love the products love the service!!!

Wife and I bought in Amati 4 dinning table chairs on January 2018... 11 months later they sill look like new, so we recently decided to buy 2 more countertop chairs for the kitchen which look awesome, wife couldn't be happier with them. The Amati furniture and customer service provided by Bertha and Paolo, is simply top notch. Estimated delivery time given by them is always accurate too. If you can afford their prices, go for them, you won't regret about their quality. Don't forget to ask about their discounts which are good too.

Paolo at Amati was a very kind and honest person. He took a lot of time in finding me the perfect style of furniture for my apartment that I bought in playa del Carmen. He was very nice and always smiling. Everyone at the store including the two ladies at the desk were always happy and I spent a lot of time there picking out the right stuff for my place. Paolo the managers wife was there and brought me a coffee. That was wonderful because I was there for a while and could really have used one. 5 stars from me thank you for the amazing and luxurious furniture and your kind personality it made my experience very pleasant.

We really like the choices they offer , Paolo was very understanding of the concept we want to achieve in our place , the quality is good and if you like contemporary clean lines this si the place for you .
Is not easy to find furniture in the Playa del Carmen , and this is a good place where you can find everything for your needs .
Delivery was an easy process and the guys who assembled the furniture knew what they were doing and They pick up all the boxes etc.

I do not understand why this person above wrote such a terrible thing for paolo (The seller). My experience with him was very positive. I am an investor from Canada, I also own a vacation rental business called luxuryworldvacation. I bought an apartment in playa del Carmen and paolo (the seller) furnished the place with incredibly tasteful design, he gave me a discount and he did the job within the timeframe that I needed it done. He was there by my side before, during and after delivery. I have never had such amazing service when it comes to buying furniture. For me, it was hard and extremely stressful to come to another country, not know anyone and to buy a property and have to furnish it for rental immediately. I spoke to paolo for weeks before I even arrived into Playa del Carmen. We exchanged at the very least 60 messages back and fourth during that time. He answered me day or night. He sent me photos and went to the unit to take measurements for me to see if the furniture can fit. I was in shock because I feel where most people in paolos postion would try to screw me over, maybe over charge me, being a tourist and all but Paolo did the opposite. And when I came into the store I was greeted with a huge smile and a hug. He went to get me a coffee and we went through everything together. I remember I had a scratch on the tv stand when it arrived, that same day he replaced it immediately. He is a very nice person and I have nothing bad to say about him. In fact if he came to Canada for vacation I would treat him like my own family. The person who wrote this terrible review I do not know them and maybe they had their reasons for what they said but I can say this... in my experience and in my opinion, they do not know paolo if this is what they describe. Thank you paolo and Amati furniture. I will be happy to do business with you again. Anyone who does not believe me can contact me directly and I will show proof of how beautiful my place looks because of Amati furniture and paolo. Incredible fashionably designed furniture and fantastic service with a sizeable discount as an added bonus.

I went to this furniture store to furnish my whole apartment in playa del Carmen and the salesperson who has a Italian accent was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and I . He showed no respect to consumers. He also tries to overcharges us. We decided to walk out of the store. Please beware consumers and stay away from this Place!!! This place gets zero stars!!!
