Things were pretty overpriced ($10-$15 coffee, up to $120 tequila, etc.) which makes sense since 5th street is a tourist attraction. They did have some cool stone chess sets for $20 and some good-looking coffee, hot sauce, and vanilla, but we weren’t interested in much else there. Staff was very friendly and didn’t bother us at all.

Expensive. But this guy (named A…) at the Tequila tasting was super nice and fun. You can find some great Tequila here.

Definitely one of the best places to get souvenirs in Playa. You aren't pressured or annoyed and they have everything that you see on the street. Air conditioned which is very nice. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We stop here every time we are in Playa. Don't get me wrong, the street vendors are cool too, but they get so annoying. T-shirts, vanilla, booze, shot glasses, stuffed animals, some pharmacy items, cold drinks, candy, and many types of different trinkets here. We will see you again next year!

Ran in real quick to purchase some sunblock and hair gel. We were immediately greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. We didnt really shop in here but from what I saw the location and store itself was extremely clean and organized.

Best prices here on gifts and trinkets in all of PDC. Even though it is on 5th Ave.

Wach out with this Store. We were literally stolen. THEY ALSO MANAGE TOURS. We hired a tour to Chichén Itzá. In order to book, obvuisly, they asked for half price of the tour what is totally ok. But the problem was the next day they didn't come to reach us at the hotel. We were very confused about what to do. We went again to the store to ask what happend and they argue that they went to reach us but nobody where there so they said that we had lost the booking money. Since we knew, thanks to our hotel, that no one had come to reach us early at morning, we went to the police to report the case. We surprisly were advised for the policeman that this store has been in the same trouble lot of times.
Now already in our country, the claim is on going but we dont have much hope to recuperate the money. Hope someone can read it and avoid the same bad expierience. There are a lot of tour operators that are totally legal.

Outrageous prices. For example, a miniature cup with a calavera painted on was 13 USD. The selection wasn't very creative either. Sad because I do want to buy some quality souvenirs.
