You have to pay extra for everything, and they can't even refill your water bottle at this place.
The tv is extremly blury, and the WiFi wont work in the rooms.
Would not recommend this place.

Initially I booked a shared room thinking they would organize the same genders together. But a man came in the room and, as for any female solo traveler, I didn’t feel comfortable staying with a stranger man in one room.

So I asked for a basic room, and the front desk was very helpful he gave me a basic room and explained everything very patiently. The hotel is away from all the party noise, it’s quiet and peaceful with very nice aesthetics. I felt safe and welcomed. Highly recommend.

One thing they didn’t tell you is that after you booked the room online, you still need to pay taxes when you get there. It’s not a lot, but it’s better if you know ahead of time.

For the price, I expected better.

They charge you extra to change towels on your stay, claiming it's for the environment, however they provide soap and shampoo in plastic packages...

Make it make sense!

Arrived around 9 PM and had to wait in the reception area for 30+ minutes to get a room key. I already paid for the hotel online but the receptionist convinced me that I had not paid yet. I determined later that I was charged twice and I am still waiting for the refund to come through. I had to depart the hotel around 5 AM to catch a flight and when leaving the receptionist started aggressively demanding I pay him more money in cash. I read another review where someone had a similar experience. Be careful staying here. Also, the air conditioning was spotty, there were no blankets on the bed, no wifi in the room, and it was so loud. It was very easy to hear others within the hotel and music was blasting outside until 4 AM. Would not stay here ever again.

Each room is completely different than the other. We got a standard room which is the cheapest. It wasn't the worst but it wasn't the best as well.
Honestly, if it wasn't for Axel, I wouldn't give 3 stars. He was super helpful, always giving us tips and translating for us. He's the nicest hotel reception I've ever delt with.
It was raining when we went and the room kept flooding, so they switched our rooms. Overall not a bad spot to stay but if you have more cash, get something nicer.

If you are in shared room the hotel doesn't provide drinkable water, towels, doesn't have a laundry service, no locker, no kitchen, just a lobby has wifi and you have to go to the reception every day to update your roomcard. It's a lot of inconvenience for a cheap place to stay...

toilet didn’t work, made us change rooms multiple times, no warm water. it’s cheap and i like a good deal so i’d probs endure it again haha
