Lovely little hotel two blocks from the beach. Stayed many times while in Plays Del Carmen. The rooms are always clean. The beds are comfortable. Hot coffee every day from 7am till noon. Never had anything go missing from my room. All rooms do have safes. Ac was excellent and Wifi was very good. The pool area is absolutely beautiful with a waterfall feature and a shallow area for the kiddies.there is a communal kitchen area with a full size stove and refrigerator as well as all plates and utensils etc. Don't forget to wash up after your done as clean dish towels and soap are provided. Miguel and Victor along with all the staff were friendly and helpful. love staying at this sweet little spot that's close to the beach but in our experience quiet at night. I believe all rooms have a mini fridge and balcony or terrace area as well. Great value for the price and the proximity to beach restaurant and shopping. Most necessities from this location are walkable with many great pubs and dinning options close by.

The rooms are simple, quiet, rooms have A/C and clean. The price is very fair. We stayed with 13 guests for the night and we felt right at home. The staff is kind and it's close to shopping and the beach. Thank you for accommodating us LunaSol.

For the price, everything was great. Clean, Friendly. Great staff, nice pool. Water and coffee provided.
Only drawback was a disco about 100 meters away was loud enough to be annoying at night if AC or room TV not on.

We got one of the poolside rooms, it was nice and clean and wifi worked well. The hotel is localized two blocks from the beach, one block from the main street (with restaurants/stores) and 3-4 blocks from the ferry statium to Cozumel. There are 3 parking spaces in the front of the hotel and a little kitchen to make meals. No breakfast, but we knew that when we booked.

Decided to stay here while stopping for a quick overnight in playa. We found the room to be simple clean and surprisingly quiet considering the posts others have made as well as the loud raucous nite clubs in the area.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, spoke very good English.

Due to the short stay we didn't get to try the pool or other facilities but over all we were happy with our choice.

We got a room next to the reception. It was very noisy. We requested a room change they said they have no other room. So we left the hotel earlier, and we not requested a refund. After check out the receptionist said: why don't we move to another room? We come from Europe so we had jetleg but it was impossible to rest by the reception. We met with the previous guest who was in our room and he also requested a room change. He got it we don't. We can u derstand that they been fully booked / or maybe not who knows... But the room at the reception is the worst in the whole building. I think other rooms are OK, at least people are not checking in next to you ????

Super clean and comfy bed. Pool is clear and clean (I saw them testing the water on my first day.) Stable internet I room and by the pool.

Reasonably priced.

Staff are super attentive to making sure there are no problems.

I'll be back.
