4 stars for good service (open in the morning, price OK, without credit card and all done in 15 minutes), but 2 stars for Toyota Avensis I rent.... Car was scratched outside and also not in the best condition inside (clean but with smell of cigarettes). Air condition was not able to cool down temperatures properly (32 Celsius degrees outside). On high way (180D - Playa del Carmen to Chichén Itzá, max speed 120 km/h) I was surprised how bad leaf spring is working - I was filling car is touching the road because of sound I heard... Back bumper after the high way trip don't feet the car on right side... They mentioned to me that "car is not new", but it was too much for me.

6 years renting with them and I have never had any problems. The service is very fast and they take me to my hotel. Excellent service

This man is genuinely honest and very helpful, if you go to any of the chain car rentals they will find a way to rip you off (especially Firefly), however this rental includes all the prices you pay upfront. It is a good price for a rental in this area, and the cars are nice. He speaks good English as well.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR RENTAL COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS. They scam people out of money and take advantage. I was under stress trying to get a car to get my very sick dog to a vet and used this company against my good judgment. They charge way over the normal limit per day and then when I returned the car claimed I damaged it when I did no such thing and got money out of me. NEVER, EVER USE THEM. I wish I had followed my instincts and not used them.
