Great place to stay, not only because of the price, location and facilities, but mostly because Adolfo and Stefany will go beyond the extra mile to make you feel confortable, give you good advice and help you the best they can. I'm super happy of having stayed there and will undoubtedly recommend it to anyone who visits Playa del Carmen.

Fantastic place! Nice large rooms, fast wifi, your own key to the building and private access..not going through receptionists all the time etc..Just like an apartment building. What a great concept. The location is 2 min walk to 5th ave and really in the heart of everything. But you're not getting any noise from clubs!! I left a hotel on 5th and moved couple blocks to this one and it was the best idea. Same benefits and distance but without noise..Very mice friendly owners. Thank you for your great hospitality.

We really lucked out when we found this place. We had stayed on the beach off fifth as well as places to the north and west farther from the “action” downtown.

If you’re looking for a place that is Clean, Safe, and Quiet then this would be a great option.

The management is as good as the reviews have mentioned, some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere.

The location is so perfect for your time in Playa, off the beach a couple of blocks, away from the busy fifth by a block, and tucked around a corner on a relatively quiet street.

You can walk out of the apartment and within a block in one direction you’re eating 15 peso quesadillas and a few feet in the other direction you’ve got some high quality restaurants, coffee shops, and everything else you could want.

Walmart is only a few blocks away, which is a great place for you to purchase your alcohol at some really good savings over the stores in the area.

You can put your groceries in a small fridge in your room though keep in mind there’s no place to cook inside your room.

There are easy accesses to the beach, I suggest going down to 8th (a couple blocks away) and entering there. Very easy to walk, don’t even worry about catching a taxi.

The WiFi here is better than four other places we have been that actually touted their WiFi.

There’s no TV but it’s 2021, use your iPad, computer, or phone and watch stuff I can’t remember the last time I turned on a hotel TV.

They like to keep things quiet here around 10pm so you won’t have to worry about raging parties from your neighbors.

There’s an outside area that doesn’t have a pool, it’s just a nice outside area that’s great at night when you want to be outside.

Save a lot of money that you’d pay for the fancy hotels in Playa and stay here, spending the money you saved on drinks at the beach or eating at the amazing places around here.

This place is an absolute gem for the right kind of people, I highly recommend!

Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire qui nous a fait nous sentir chez nous tout de suite. Endroit très calme et reposant, nous avons super bien dormi. La mini cuisine est très pratique et nous avions des serviettes, un fer à repasser et des produits cosmétiques à disposition si besoin. Nous sommes restés une nuit de plus. Je recommande a 100% !
