The room was clean and big but there is no curtain between the bedroom and bathroom so it was little bit uncomportable.
Anyway, it is close to 5th avenue and the beach as well. The rooftop was great and the breakfast was fine.

Beautiful rooftop bar with a kind and helpful staff. Came for a special party on the roof and it was amazing energy! Didn't get to stay at the hotel.

I stayed here 2 years ago before the pandemic and the service was great. Excellent breakfast menu and variety was great I just returned and hotel is under different administration. They changed breakfast menu no very good. No options. The drinks was not the same.
They have a unique signature of Maria Felix.
They had a drink call that as well . They don't have it anymore. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Worst night of my life. They waited until I checked in to tell me that the pipe was broken in my room and I couldn’t use the water…how do you rent a room with no water? Then they began fixing the pipe at 11pm. Metal on metal drilling right below my room that lasted until 4am. I didn’t sleep at all.

They refused to refund my room…or even apologize for that matter.

Also the food was ???????????? (I’m not a picky eater at all but the ceviche was giant pieces of limp raw shrimp). Save yourself the headache and stay somewhere else.

Fantastic! Great location, Great Food u0026 Great People. It’s small but that’s okay. Great music playing. It’s quiet which I like, there was around 4 people there when we were there. 75 pesos for a beer. FAST INTERNET. Nice sunbeds in the water.

Gorgeous upscale chic hotel! My boyfriend and I came her for a week away from home, and honestly it felt like home for the time we were there. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and prompt. The staff was fluent in English so it made it a lot easier to communicate. We had inquired about excursions, and they had someone available to provide us with pamphlets and details about the excursions as well as help booking. Every morning we enjoyed a gourmet breakfast in the hotels lounge, the menu had a great selection with a special of the day feature which I really enjoyed. I was able to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee as soon as I sat down as the waiter was extremely prompt! The hotel had unique and elegant touches throughout, which gave it an opulent feel. When we wanted to relax there was a stunning rooftop pool with comfy lounge beds, sun loungers in the pool and a bar. The bartender made exquisite cocktails! Location of this hotel another bonus as it is just a few minutes from 5th Avenue. Being it was located so close to downtown I was extremely impressed how quiet it was even though it was Spring break. If you are looking for a place to stay in Playa Del Carmen I would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be coming back!!
