Great service, Brenda was awesome and extremely helpful. The breakfast is not buffet, but still delicious, they have multiple options. The pool area is small but cozy. You will be in the heart of the night life...but it will not bother you in the hotel...very close to the beach...do not pay for chairs, ask the receptionist and she will send you to the area that is free. We had a great time...

Very nice and cosy hotel situated right between 5th and the beach. Close to mostly everything so a good base for excursion. Rooms are clean and well kept. Staff is very helpful, the breakfast is very good though not excessive. Wonderful hotel garden with pool and a cenote with turtles. Can be a bit noisy in the evening if there's a band playing in a nearby club, but otherwise more quiet than could be expected.

Outstanding hotel! Quiet despite beeing next to 5th, clean rooms, friendly staff, nice garden and excellent breakfast!
I must say that even if the hotel is not up to date it is one of the best I have stayed at. It is noticeable that they have hired very competent staff. Everything is done well and efficient. For instance we had trouble with our AC making strange noices after running for a few hours. I asked the receptionist to look in to it. It took less than five minutes for maintenance to arrive and they started fixing it immediately. The problem was solved to our relief. (Thank you Carlos, well done)
The room cleaning was amazing! After we arrived back from a wonderful day in PDC we were always met with a room so well cleaned that you could perform surgery in it. (Thank you Lili, my daughter loved the towel animals. And many thanks for the towel cake!)
Breakfast was awesome, you could only choose from four kinds of meals but two of them where different day to day. (I wish i rembered the name of the woman serving us but I have forgotten, she deserves a mentioning, particularly for the cake they made for our daughter).
And to top off everything, the wifi had decent speed and coverage.
To sum it up: Not fancy but well run with excellent staff and beautiful garden... Did I mention they have a Cenote?

Clean rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, good breakfast... Well located, as it's close to the beach and to the nightlife of playa...

Great staff. The hotel is clean but warn out a little. Great location and the price was ok compared to others

The beds and the breakfast are very cool. The service and people are great.
The bathrooms could be better.
