No-frills colonial style hotel, located a short walk from the beach. Great price. Area is swarming with hucksters, and you get some of the noise from the bars nearby, but it's not too bad. No parking, but street parking not hard to find... Get lots of coins

Best location EVER! Around the corner from to ADO Centro. 3 blocks from the Marina to go to Isla de Cozumel. 1/2 block from 5th Avenue u0026 away from the noisy bars and discos. It has a small pool and the A/C works!

Really nice spot , literally off the beaten pass. You can easily miss it. But when looking down the block you see blue skies and ocean. Staff is so nice and make efforts to get to know you.

Wonderful experience at this hotel! Ideally centrally located near 5th avenue. Excellent proximity to ADO bus station, if you are coming from Cancun or traveling to Tulum. There was surprisingly not much noise, considering proximity to 5th street. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and several unique options, lovely artwork and details. There was an option to hold luggage after check out. Overall, very impressed!!

Stayed here about 4 years ago and have fond memories of this hotel, as we had a suite on the top floor...so spacious and nice! My family u0026 I felt very comfortable at Hotel Hacienda del Caribe...this place has so much charm and my kids had a blast in the pool! The staff was very helpful u0026 friendly. Would definitely stay here again should we ever find ourselves back in playa del Carmen ????????

The hotel is in heart of night life and very near to the beach.
Very noisy naturally.
No parking lot. If you have a car, you have to pay 15 mx peso/hr.
It was fairly clean. The room has enough space, not the bathroom. Very small. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We stayed 3 nights but never again.
Staff was friendly. The pool is a dipping pool.
Tips: if you want less noise, ask for an interior room, not the one on the street part.

Lovely stay at Hacienda del Caribe. Great location, our 102 room was a bit humid and sometimes noisy though, due to proximity to a swimming pool
