The food was ok, but probably not something I would go back to. The fried shrimp taco is delicious and the octopus wasn’t too bad, though the portion and flavors could be better for the price.

Red salsa is not spicy at all, not much flavor to it.

Service below average. I had to ask for silverware twice while just watching my food and unable to eat it.

Great restaurant with amazing balcony seating! Indoors feels like a sports bar, but once you get to the balcony it’s a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Food and service was also excellent.

Exelente food
Drinks are amazing
The happy hour 2 for one are the best the actual drink has alcohol no like any other place that reduces the alcohol.
Love it.
Will be back soon.

We tried the tostadas and they are not great. Aguachiles has better ones. However we are other plates like the risoto and the shrimp burger and they were awesome . Happy hour drinks were good too. Servers could smile a bit more . I find that local waiters are a bit more enthusiastic about their job. Maybe is a cultural thing.

Was drawn to this place from its inclusion on a number of ‘must try’ lists. This location is very central, easy to pop in, and the size means that (at this time of year at least) it isn’t crowded at all. Service is kind and attentive. The food itself was fine u0026 everything is well kept, but you could find the same stuff for a fraction of the cost off the main drag (eg ceviche at Pirata). Seating up top to take in a bit of a view would have been preferable and perhaps improved the overall experience, compared to by the bar (when the whole place was empty around 3pm). Solid meal overall, would go back in a pinch but likely to want to explore other places instead.

Fish tacos are amazing, live music was fantastic. Friendly staff too, on the 2nd floor that overlooks the hustle and bustle of the main street on the playa.

Avoid this place, or at least be very careful if you don't want to be scammed. The food and service are fine, but the scam occurs when paying by card. They enter a much higher amount into the card machine than the total price of the bill, and they don't show you the final amount they are charging to your card. Perhaps it was my fault slightly for not checking, but I assumed they were charging what was on the bill. Instead what happened though was that a ~35% tip was effectively added without my consent. Having looked at other reviews in more detail it seems like this is consistent with other past experiences. It's likely many other people have also been scammed in this way without noticing. It's a shame, because it soured what was otherwise a fine experience.
