This place is very underrated and needs to be more busy because the food here is great the prices are great and a good value for whatever you order on the menu. The Mr. dog sauce is my favorite!
I couldn’t recognize the place under the hotel so maybe a hostess out front would help get my people inside because this place needs to be packed.

Extremely SLOW!!!! This is my second time here it took 40 minutes to bring me one chilli dog , waitress never asked if I wanted anything to drink , Christ will come before you get your full order !

Extremely overpriced and poorly made American food. First, let’s start with the poor service at this establishment. For a place name the dog of the Caribbean and not even serve Caribbean-based foods this place is clearly confused. Each of the servers act as if they don’t want to serve their patrons and you have to ask several times for things before receiving them. secondly they state that they have AC and Wi-Fi but they don’t have neither or at least the AC is running really low. The mozzarella sticks does not have actual marinara sauce and instead they give you Mexican-based barbecue sauce. The kids boneless tenders are just cut up pieces of chicken deep fried. also their chocolate milk is just a mix. Spent over 800 mxn pesos as a family of six and still everyone was hungry after eating. We had to ask for the check over several times and were completely ignored. My only hope is to leave this review to help someone who is trying to make a decision on whether they want to eat here or not. In my opinion, there is better options please not limit yourself to a space like this.

We had the playa del Carmen and the del carribe dogs. It was pretty good. Two beer and fries combos for under 10 USD.

The shop is clean....The Bacon and Cheese Burger was actually pretty good....
I will be a returning customer.
Prices are very good......Not over prices like all the 5th Ave restaurants.......

Came back on 12-20-21
Burgers and Fries are still a good choice.
However, noticed a small portion of fries and cute little philly.

Nasty times ten. Do not eat here. Hot dog served with a tasteless chili that had beans in it. Overcooked frozen fries that even ketchup could not save.

Very good food! Unfortunately I left my towel there so if any of the staff sees this - enjoy my towel! :D
