Furnishing a new condo in town. This is a basic american department store
type place, but we found a great bed, outdoor furniture and decor items.
Best of all was Ever, the wonderful staff member who is fluent in English and happy to help. ????????✅

They have a good place ever, you can find everything. Wherever you want, you can get right there. And also the staff it's awesome.

Liverpool is an upscale department store. They are good for that if that is what you're looking for. Brands range from premium to causal on US standards.

The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star was I couldn't find a computer monitor that fit my budget and a USB-C docking station. Both are hard to find items in Mexico in general.

Macy's like store with everything one could want. We loved the furniture there. Everyone is friendly and they are doing Covid precautions! Plus I love the well it parking lot with security!

Very upscale department store, the only one in Playa Del Carmen. Find a lot of Exapt things like Cadbury Eggs Candies and Recliner chairs. Typically things are on the more expensive side for Mexico prices, but the arrive is very attentive, they have a large selection of goods and they deliver. Try to hit them during a sale to get the best of everything. Great for men's, women's clothing, shoes, accessories, candy and fancy chocolates u0026 bubble tea, electronics, furniture and bath. Think Macy's adjacent.

This Liverpool store has the same products as any other store. I'm not saying this as a bad thing, on the contrary, that is a real strength because you don't have to go all the way to cancun to find an specific item you are looking for. People here are not as kind in Cancun or in a more vacation oriented place, like the hotel zone, but they are ok. Just because of that I'm giving this Liverpool 4 out if 5 stars. Also a strong point of this (I don't know if it's the only one near this place) it has a pet friendly cafe. You can come and eat breakfast, have a meal or dine with your dog.

Luis and Liliana were absolutely fantastic! Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. Products look good quality and associate were accomodating with delivery dates.
