This place is a hidden Gem.
The owners are such great people, friendly and relax. They have love for what they are doing. We are staying for 5 days and we love it. Good fresh breakfast, highspeed internet, very clean rooms, free bikes. We will come back for sure.

Really amazing staff, truly helpful with fluent English. Not intrusive, but always here to help you out with no matter what!
You get discount to the many tours and places throw them, just ask!
Room is also ok, nothing special but really nice and clean, room service everyday.
Would definitely recommend!

Don't think about it twice - Casa Gem Bu0026B really is a little gem!
Lovely Bu0026B near Playa Del Carmen. Seraphim u0026 Itzal are there to help you with anything you need. The room is clean, spacious, quiet, everything was perfect.
The breakfasts are delicious.
We stayed only one night - and this is the only negative comment I'd make :)

Seraphim u0026 Itzal could not do enough for us.. Especially advice, making arrangements etc. Most appreciated was their time u0026 transport to local attractions twice a day. Personal service provided. We had quite a lot of luggage so a bit short on cupboard / drawer space but room was modern, clean with very large comfortable bed. Would recommend this gem.
