This tour company is awesome in our stay in Cancun we got the Chichen Itza Cenote Maya RN. This was a two stop tour first they took us to Chichen Itza Mayan ruins which was amazing. The tour guide Pablo Sosa was awesome he had so much information throughout the tour but it was never overwhelming he made it fun and interesting. Then we went to the Cenote Maya that was also amazing. We were able to repel down into a giant underwater lake and use a zip line once inside. This is a once in a life time experience I would highly recommend. It was a really early trip but this is to avoid the rush hours at the parks which was great. The drive is pretty long so take some snacks and plenty of water overall definitely worth it.

We had a great experience with Alltournative! We did the early bird so we could see the pyramid before it became too crowded; they stopped on the way at a 7/11 so we could buy coffee. Our guide, I believe Marcus was his name, was knowledgeable and interesting throughout the whole 3 hours drive. Before arriving at Chichen Itza, our van stopped on the side of the road to pick up (free) sandwiches and apples to give to our group. Upon arrival at Chichen Itza, we were given time to use the restroom; we did not feel rushed, our guide gave us a lot of history and we even had time to explore by ourselves after. We then went to Cenote Maya; took place in a Mayan Ceremony before repelling down the cenote, ziplining, and swimming in crystal clear water. We were then offered a traditional dish, which was amazing after our excursion. We did pay for the pictures at the Cenote since we didn't have a Go-Pro, looking forward to develop all of the pictures, well worth the money! Thank you for the experience!

We did the Chichen Itza u0026 Cenote tour. Overall we had a good experience, I would round up to 3.5 stars if google allowed me to. But we did feel it was overpriced for the experience.

Pros:
- We did the tour with a small group, so hotel pick up was fast u0026 the tour of Chichen Itza and the dip in the cenote was intimate.
- Our tour guide Edwin was fantastic! He was a wealth of knowledge and made the Chichen Itza tour very special.
- The cenote was stunning u0026 the private nature of the tour meant we got to experience it without crowds. The activities inside the cenote and the rappel down were really fun!
- The food was fantastic, the atmosphere of the canteen was gorgeous and the staff super friendly.
- Entrance to Chichen Itza, the cenote u0026 lunch was all included in the cost.

Cons:
- The van was VERY small. If you are tall, prepare for a long, painful ride. There was no storage available for our bags.
- The only time water was provided was during lunch. We had to rely on our own stash for the rides there and back, and the entirety of Chichen Itza u0026 the cenote.
- We felt we didn’t have enough time at the cenote. Especially if you rappel down, it takes a while to get set up and wait for others to go first. The cenote was the high note for us, so we would’ve appreciated more time there.
- We weren’t able to take pictures inside the cenote, and they had a cash grab of $50USD for the two of us. Would’ve appreciated the option to purchase a photo or two at a reduced cost.

Tips:
- Bring lots of water u0026 sunscreen
- Bring goggles for the cenote
- A sun umbrella for Chichen Itza would be very helpful
- Bring extra pesos if you plan to buy any souvenirs at Chichen Itza, there is plenty of cool stuff there
- Try to purchase the tour on a discount, full price felt too expensive for the value

Tour was great till the end when we went to a cenote. At the Cenote they scam you by not allowing you take photos in the cenote. Instead they have photographers and charge you $15 per a person in your group for pictures. So our group of 11 was $165 dollars to get pics emailed to us. They did not tell us at any time during the booking process that we could not take pictures at the cenote. I am use these types of scams in Mexico but not from the high-end professional tour agencies like this one that charged $150 USD per a person for a day tour. I should have read reviews in advance since many of them day the same thing. Attached is photo hut which is your final stop where they try to get you to pay for the pictures you were not allowed!

I had a great experience touring Chichen Itza as well as a nearby Cenote. The tour of Chichen Itza is a must see and the tour guides provide descriptions of everything. For the Cenote, we repelled down into it and were able to play, swim, dive and zip line into the water. Fantastic day!

The Manager Lady was very nice. Mash was an awesome tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with every activity. My family enjoyed the ziplines. We all enjoyed the ATVs...very dusty! Make sure you wear something to protect face u0026 hair. The double ATv are supper fast u0026 powerful. I love speed! Cenote was very refreshing u0026 I love the clearness of water. Small fish will eat your dead skin, enjoy the pedi ????

One of the best experiences ever in Tulum. If you’re into Mayan culture and outdoors this tour is for you!
