Great location, relatively comfortable beds, but in bad condition and very dirty (toilet had pee all around - towels stained and ripped, curtain stained and could not open).

I asked for a cancellation but they asked me to cancel through booking.com which in case you haven’t done it - it’s a time consuming process.

The hotel manager was aware about the condition and he mentioned that they are in the process of renovating their older rooms.

So hard to give 2 stars because the staff is really kind and helpful but the room is definitely not good.
The smell inside was just terrible and worth in the bathroom.
The plus in the bathroom was almost broken and the shower is really really uncomfortable to use.

If you want a cheap hotel why not otherwise ...

People.. the best description of the attitude from the staff would be - friends. Thank you so much for the great collaboration within the lovely 5 days in your Hotel.
Things to improve: You need to do something with a shower - the water steram is extremely low. Please, try to find funds to change the shower system and a drain. Additional benefit would be to have cutlery in the room with a kitchen. All the rest is really fine u003d)

For the travelers who consider to stay here. This is an economy option, there are some cons, but you will never find anything better for this price. At least we did not find in Feb 2021.
They help with all the issues/questions you may face. Just use google voice translator if anything is needed. Smile and ask ) I do take a room with a breakfast. They will prepare it specially for you when you need. The tasty one.

Close to fifth Avenue and the beach ( playa ). Very Convenient area. Restaurants,bars,and shopping. The hotel is older and needs updating. The staff was very accommodating.

The worst hotel I stayed in in whole Mexico. They charged us a high price and the room was not clean and service was beyond horrible. No internet in the room, and very bad internet in the common area. The shower barely worked and it was impossible to even wash my head, the towels had stains on them. No one helped us with the suitcases and when we couldn’t find the room (because it didn’t have a number on it - it was just a dirty door at the end of the corridor) - the receptionist repeatedly refused to go up the stairs and show it. At 9am the next day we were woken up with loud banging on our door, thinking it was an emergency, I opened not even being fully dressed, and it turned out that they wanted to ask us whether we have a car (we do not). Not to mention that it didn’t feel safe to leave anything valuable in this den, and i saw police arriving to the hotel and talking to the receptionist - I do not know why.

When we arrived at 1 am in the night our reservation was cancelled. The receptionist - not very nicely - said he didn't realised there was a note under our reservation saying we would have arrived by that time, so he gave our room to someone else. He didn't even excuse but almost laughed at us. Very disrespectful.
