Amazing amazing amazing. We were quite lucky to be staying right across the street from this little Italian place. It’s truly Italian like at home. We came one night and had to come back the following. Shame we didn’t take any proper pictures of our food but pretty much what we had was so delicious. The Mare E Monte, Ravioli and lasagna was all amazing u0026 for the price, including the wine list. And the owner there is super friendly. Live music while you eat. Both ocasiones when we were there the other guests seemed like they were regulars and were also quite friendly in chatting. It’s a nice feeling. This place is an absolute must go. ????

Want to get away from the craziness of 5th Avenue? Come. Atmosphere is amazing! Frederica is the owner and she's lovely. The waiter Alejandro is very competent. The menu is simple and truthful, the singer is authentic in his interpretation of popular rock tunes. The food was DELICIOUS, particularly the gnocchi tartufo. Amazing food experience ????

The most authentic Italian food I have had since going to Italy! The whole dining experience, starting with the delicious bread and continuing on to the great ingredients and flavors in the dishes, was so great. I wasn't surprised when I met the owner and she said she is Italian and imports many of their ingredients from Italy! Restaurant is also super cute and the service was good. This place is a little off the beaten path but it's worth the walk. Super glad I found it!

This spot was a gem! A band, great service in English or Italian, food was authentic and had a fantastic time. I ordered a limoncello that they did not have, but was given a substitute on the house! I fear I will never taste those flavors again! Planning to revisit is a priority!

While in Playa del Carmen we stumbled upon this hidden gem. The bread is to die for with the dipping oils. The food is fresh and always served with a smile. The owner is so personable and her dog Max is adorable. We love Ostetia de Roma!

We went for a 241 cocktail between 4pm and 7pm and were served with antipasti. Tasted great.
Then we ordered 1 pizza to share but had enough to feed a table of 4! Gorgeous pizzas!

Just AMAZING. Maybe the best place to dine out in Playa del Carmen If you like sea food and Authentic Italian food, this is the place for you.
The servers were incredibly friendly. Prompt attentive service.
I was fortunate to have met the owner during our dinner, being our first time here it was a delight for her to approach us and a chat.
Last but not least... the expresso is auténtico and outstanding.
