The hotel is new and you get a lot of space with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen. You get two decks one one each side and a dining area. It is away from all the noise so it is quiet at night. 5th Avenida is still only a 5 to 7 minutes away. The people that work there are awesome especially Martha the front desk receptionist. She does speak English enough to be able to help me with a difficult situation and helped me get a taxi on New Year's Eve. There was also a nice gentleman there but I didn't get his name and he was helpful as well.
