I loved it. Old place but it has some charm. Direct on the beach. And you have an ocean view directly from the bed. It was clean and even you can use deck chair on the beach for free. For this price you won’t find better deal in Playa.

Great staff and location... Kevin Abbott's review sums it up pretty well...
Nice rooms without alot of unnecessary fluff that often make prices higher, but I would suggest that it'd be nice to have drinking water in the room upon arrival, but definitely not a deal breaker as there is a nice Convenience Store right across the street

The room was gross snd showerhead was broken. Cleaning crew would not clean but would provide clean towels and make the bed. Booked for 8 nights and moved to another hotel after the 3rd day. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

We only stayed here for one night out of 7 we booked. Already considering to change hotel. Location is very good, but the service and staff is not good at all. We booked a room with two beds, but got one with a single bed and a much smaller room than we thought. We told the staff that we booked a room with two beds, but they only told us that we booked a double room but not two beds despite showing our booking from hotels. Eventually we got an extra bed made for children (very short). After a while we also realized that we got linen with stains all over.

We also put room cleaning sign on the door, a full day passed and no room cleaning. When it got cleaned at last they put the same stained linen back on the bed even though we removed them.

A perfect end to our trip!! Having done a bit of exploring and enjoyed some of the culture we decided we wanted a bucket and spade ending to our trip! What a perfect place, right on the beach, nice rooms,comfy beds, balcony with sea view, Fridge u0026 Kitchenette. fab little beach bar attached to the hotel.
Very close to the center of town and the strip as well as the ADO bus station. This is an older Hotel and the facade is a little tainted although rooms and the whole place are kept really clean and housekeeping is very good too. Some noise from nearby beach club at night though we found with the patio doors closed and the aircon on, you could hardly hear it. A TV that worked and friendly staff and guests made this a lovely end to our holiday

Right on the beach, which was terrific, and super close to all sorts of tourist stuff, restaurants, bars, trinket shops, etc. It was a little hard to see from where the taxi drops you off, and you have to carry you stuff a few yards on the beach, but nothing onerous. The dance place next door went pretty late, and I felt the bass in my faraway room until they shut down around 2:00 or so. The WiFi was pretty spotty too. Cannot really beat the price, though, it was clean, and having the bar at the beach ( I didn’t use it, so can’t comment) sure seems handy!

Very nice beach.. bar was very convenient and staff was friendly. Knocked coconuts off the trees, cut off the tops and gave them to our grandchildren with straws.. they loved it!
