Delicious, fun and reasonable prices! We enjoyed our delicious dinner with live music, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I had “All you can eat wings” for about 300 pesos, served with French fries, burger was also a big hit! Definitely worth it.
Our dessert (Sorry can’t remember the extract name but something about brownie ) was waay bigger than we expected, if you are an ice cream fan this is made for you, otherwise take another look in the menu.
Price range per person is 400 ~ 500 pesos.

Excellent hamburger and amazing place as in any branch, with the waiter was not so pleasant experience, it turns out he sold me cheese and sauce for chips for 60 pesos without me noticing at all, I did not leave satisfied with the place

As every Hard Rock Cafe, has delicious food, great staff, specially Angie our waitress, she has the true spirit of the place, great music and show. Don't forget to try the brownie fudge cup, it's huge

Love, love the Hard Rock Cafe! Had the classic nachos with grilled chicken u0026 it was HUGE, 2 of us barely made a dent in it. The only reason for the rating I gave is because they had hurricane glasses with Playa Del Carmen on them to DRINK out of but they wouldn't sell one to me. I have a collection of Hard Rock Cafe hurricane glasses with each city I've been to on them, and now I've been to the Playa del Carmen HRC u0026 couldn't buy a glass! The restaurant itself had some Bon Jovi, Tom Petty, and an overall exceptional ambience. Just wish I had my glass!!

Located In the middle of la Quinta Avenida, the service and food were great, but specially the band that was playing was the best of my visit, it was recommended by the cashier at the store, he even give me a coupon for free Nachos

Simply Ok! Staff was friendly, but their burgers were overpriced for what you actually get. It was all excessively greasy and ok tasting. Honestly not up to the usual Hard Rock Cafe standards.
It’s centrally located, nicely decorated and clean, but the food/drinks were a let down.

We’ve visited over 10+ hard rock cafes and by far this was the most horrible experience ever. The staff was completely disinterested, some of them were even falling asleep while hanging at the bar.
Our burgers didn’t even had all the right ingredients on it, after complaining it took them 5 minutes to “bake” bacon and my burger was cold by then and the bacon was greasy. Asked for medium burger but the inside was completely red.
The prices are absolutely absurd.
For 2 non alcoholic drinks and 2 main courses we’ve paid over 70€. Total rip-off.

If you want to get robbed, horrible food and horrible service; go here!
