The hotel has really nice stuff, a block away from the ocean. In the 5ta avenida strip and parque fundadores . Great place to stay if you are just going to shower and sleep ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Rooms and bathrooms really small, old furniture! There are no chairs o little table in the bedroom. No hair dryer, no coffee maker. TV did not work.

Es un hotel que cumple en relación costo - beneficio, al que llegué de casualidad porque no habia hecho reserva antes de llegar a playa del carmen, tienen aire acondicionado, baño privado, toallas ,tv con netflix y ventilador de techo.
De hecho si falta mejorar algunas cosas , por ejemplo en el pasadizo olía a cigarro (y a otra sustancia...) y algunas veces el wifi fallaba.
Si implementaran una cocina o un bebedero que pueda usarse siempre sería super genial, aunque algunas habitaciones tienen frigobar.

Por la ubicación, es muy buena sobretodo si es tu primera vez en playa del carmen, todo esta super cerca, tiendas ,playa, bares y restaurantes como el hard rock café etc...
La atención en recepción tambien fué bien.
Solo no me gustó usar un brasalete pegado en la muñeca , pero entiendo que es por seguridad.

Recién veo que me respondieron mi queja ,ustedes deben saber que empleada estaba en turno el día que llegamos ,para empezar deberían de enseñarle a sus empleados como tratar al cliente , efectivamente nos quedamos ya que nuestro rembolso estaría hasta el día lunes que fue lo que la empleada en turno nos decía. Acaba rato jamás ofreció opciones hasta que le dije que no me movería del lugar sin mi rembolso y como le dije que lo publicaría fue en que ofreció otras habitaciones , por qué jamás respetaron las reservaciones que se realizamos con días de anticipación aún pagando la mitad como nos pidieron , entonces al menos mi familia y yo no regresariamos , ya que no es para nada lo que se ofrecen.
