I could easily talk about how wondrous this magical place is all day long! It is the setting for a most marvelous vacation! The beaches and pools were warm and sparkling clean and crystal clear! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food was absolutely legendary and I miss it every day since we stayed there. And the staff is extraordinary! Each staff member takes hospitality, kindness, and cordial graciousness to a whole new magnitude. The wedding we attended was so lovely and dreamy. I can't wait to return to this paradise sometime, hopefully in the near future!

Super friendly staff at every turn, food was amazing and the drinks are top shelf. Great beaches and activities and definitely kid friendly. A great snorkeling reef right off the beach to boot, it doesn't get much better, although it is a bit pricey it was worth the money. Truthfully though it was the amazing service here and people that made this stay special. I will be back!

This review is long overdue! We stayed here last month and had a wonderful vacation. I am writing this review because of Cindy Cabrera and Andrea Martinez from Premium Level Beach. They were incredible. Delightful sense of humor and so accommodating. We hope that when we come back they will have been moved to the Premium Lounge at Riviera since that will be our next booking!!:) Thank you so much Cindy and Andrea for all of your help! - Lydia u0026 Shawn

Pros - the pools were amazing! I enjoyed the swim up pool bars. The cabanas by the pools were great.
The resort was spacious.

Cons - the food was subpar, even at the steak house. I only really enjoyed my custom made omelets every morning.

The room felt damp. We had to call everyday to get face towels and it took quite awhile for someone to come. (I did love the balcony).

The resort bars shut down rather early. The clubs were not open yet so there was nothing to do at night except to go to your room. The service at the bars were a little slow, depending on which bar you went to on the resort.

The Mexican return to was a truly 5 star experience.
Mauricio Flores was our waiter, he was funny and a delight to chit chat with. He went above and beyond to make sure that my wife and I had the best experience at this top notch restaurant on the resort.

Warning… be prepared to eat a lot of great food

My family and I just had a beautiful meal here tonight. The starters were elegant and filling. I had a medium steak which was cooked to perfection and the desserts were the right amount of sweet and salty. Our waiters Mauricio Flores and Salvador Poot kept our glasses filled and was very attentive to our needs. Just an amazing meal. Thank you so much.

Nice place with nice people and good food. The Our Earth desert is unique and delicious and I really enjoyed it. Isaac and Roberto provided amazing service - our glasses were never empty - so kudos and thank you to them! They also gave a sweet Happy Birthday to desert and song my mother
