Fantastic cenote. There are catfish in the water but they leave you alone. The water is a bit chilly but not freezing cold so I would reccomend you visit and even jump in. Fantastic fun.

I live about 7 km north east of it. So, it is kind the nearest clean Cenote for me to cool off. Road is very dusty - lots of construction vehicles for Train Maya now. There different excursion businesses bring tourists here in their dirt four wheelers - so, sometimes it can get crowded. You need to wait to do your dive - not a big space. This place has a local tribal name Balance, a Mayan word for Jaguar. Could not verify on Google Translate.

A rugged little walk to cenote. But worth it. Nice cool swim and scenery

Great scenery and water was awesome. There's even a hidden little cave. It was a great experience.
